Our Valentine's baking session was a delightful mix of creativity, laughter, and the irresistible aroma of freshly baked treats. Gunjan, Sam, Hayden, Addison, and Michelle joined us for a hands-on experience making Almond Frangipane Strawberry Tartlets, a perfect blend of nutty richness and sweet berries. But the magic didn't stop there! Hayden and Fran took it up a notch, turning our leftover ingredients into surprise almond croissants because why let good pastry go to waste?
