Empanadas, Laughter, and a Whole Lot of Fun: A Perfect Day at Beyond Fun Centre.
At Beyond Fun Centre, we're always up for an adventure, especially when it involves food, friends, and a lot of fun! This time, we took a delicious detour to South America and whipped up a storm of homemade empanadas. And let us tell you: they were nothing short of magical.
From the first mix of the dough to the final golden-brown bake, the crew didve in with creative flair. There was laughter in the air (and a little flour, too) as we tested fillings, folded perfect little crescents, and debated whether cheese-stretch or spicy beef was the ultimate win.
Everyone got their hands deliciously dirty; some went for classic beef and onion, others brought the heat with a chilli twist, and the vegetarians held their own with cheesy, herby goodness. And the best part? Sitting down together and devouring our creations like the proud empanada artists we are.
It wasn't just a cooking session. It was a celebration of creativity, teamwork, and the joy of good people coming together around good food.
